    Took a week to despatch item. Item didn't arrive, tracking said there was a delay. Contacted seller, no response. Marked item not received, so once eBay had contacted them I had a reply. Said Royal Mail had lost the item, offered replacement or refund. Asked for replacement, provided it was sent straight away but heard nothing more. Opened a not received case with eBay when the time was up and got a refund.
