Arrived well packed, instructions however were awful, literally a floor plan with no guidance on how to fix panels together. I contacted seller for help, and credit was to them they said they would call me, 1 week later I’m still waiting. Fortunately was able to find someone local to help. For the money paid, I expected better instructions and customer service

Got home from work and assembled the catio on my own before dinner was ready. Very quick and easy to assemble and it's very solidly built. Only issue was on my part, I didn't consider how it'd be delivered. It arrived on a bit pallet that didn't fit down the ally to my back garden so I had to take it all off and carry it down but that's not the sellers fault.
