    DO NOT BUY FROM this seller Completely unreasonable regarding returning 4 locks bought at the cost of 110 pounds my doors were unsuitable for the locks so l explained why and wanted return of funds. The label printed that ebay supplied was 0-2kg but because of previous experience of a weight issue l weighted the 4 locks in the same box they were delivered in they weighed 9kg the post office explained l had to pay the different. The response from seller was negative take it up with ebay?

    Initially there was a problem. The carrier lost the parcel but a quick message to homesecure and a replacement was sent out immediately. Can't ask for better service than that. The item itself is good quality and a fair price. Happy customer.
