  I received this cabinet, which unfortunately was quite damaged at the corners, I emailed Lillian, who did respond rather quickly, she did help and I was refunded half of what I had paid as compensation which I was happy to agree with as my husband was going to try and fix the damage. The cabinet is really lovely once we fixed it and got it attached to the wall. Overall, it is lovely and customer service was good also. I'd be happy to buy from again

  Stainless Steel 2 Door Cupboard. The unit was despatched quickly and arrived before the estimated delivery time. All of this was great. Unfortunately it arrived damaged, not due to the seller but the original manufacturer. The seller was very prompt at responding and extremely helpful at sorting the problem. I would happily buy from them again because they were so helpful and apologetic. Customer service ids a rare thing these days. Well done. 🙂✅

  Delighted with the item, exactly what I needed Unfortunately the item delivery was running late , taking more than a week to arrive. Communication was limited, mainly on the estimated day of arrival , to say it was delayed and then a message from the driver on the morning of the delivery. The courier was excellent - extremely helpful. On building up the sink one part will not fit so it requires machining. I have been offered compensation of £6 for the inconvenience..
