    Seller was quite clear on trying to make me feel as I Don't Know left from right- with an attitude attached to his knowledge and or beliefs. Seller stated wire was Stranded -when i received the package it has solid wire. I have since obtained a roll of 8-2 romex NM-B cable that has seven individual wires per conductor making it stranded by the manufacture "Southwire" The only solid wire is the ground. By his comments -he is the professional and I don't know what I'm doing.

    Buyer made an error and accidentally purchased the wrong type of wire than he needed. When he realized that he made a mistake he attempted to change the description of the wire which was clearly stated in the listing description. He attempted to speak to us in an argumentative manner as if we did something wrong so he could return the item. We explained to him that we are a state licensed electrical contracting company & told him what types of wire to buy if he needed a 10 gauge stranded wire.
