Had the installer come back as there was a remote chance he had made a mistake. Got charged again as the fault was in the mixer valve. The seller denied the shower unit had any issues. Called their office and was told they couldn’t deal with it as it was purchased through eBay. They did collect it but had to ask eBay to step in for the refund.
