Very good seller sadly let down by Royal Mail. However, credit to Homeware UK, they were quick to reply to my messages about how my package hadn't arrived and the tracking number wasn't providing any info on where it is. When it became apparent that my item had most likely got lost in a Royal Mail depot somewhere, they despatched another of the same item with 24 hour tracking, which did arrive on time. If you judge a seller on how they react when things go wrong, Homeware UK are 5 star.
