The delivery company they used did not update the tracking. The phones were never answered. I was not given a call to inform me of delivery times. Even getting this information from the seller took days which was incorrect also. The only good thing is i requested a refund and got it immediately. I took my custom to another company and no faults at all with the other company.

Contacted seller and basically blamed us for breaking it within our possession. We were sold a faulty bed base. Customer service didn’t care and didn’t even bother to offer a refund or replacement. Tracking is awful also, as it took just over a week to have it delivered and barely updated by the delivery company.

In this case they should take it back but this was not the case. They have very poor after sales service and not as expected. They only agreed for partial refund but I didn’t received and it’s been more than 10 days.
