I purchased a berg balance bike with number plat and stickers as showen on the display pictures of advertising, the bike did not come with plat or stickers when I contacted them about the issue they said you don’t get plat and stickers but they would send them out because of inconvenience how ever I have still not received anything .

We sent the stickers out of 'courtesy' on the same day that you informed us (as stated in our message) not 'inconvenience'.
We did not realise they had not arrived as we were not informed to rectify the issue.
