I purchased a ring inclusive of postage $317.66 AUD ( ring cost $249AUD). On delivery the ring nothing like the photo on the HRB EXPORTS website,,,also the size of ring was incorrect. I made offer to purchase another ring to the value of $317.00 I should be reimbursed for GST & delivery postage as. I would need to pay postage for return - feel I should have a refund for this too. Messages sent since 18/11/22 with no resolution other than abusive emails from supplier. Last time I buy from them.

The ring arrived on time the stones all tested as moissanite The style of the ring is a little different than the picture but it is very close I'm happy with the sale and the item that I purchased but please note the diamond is not as shiny as other moissanites that I have purchased but being a bluish green stone and the way it's mounted makes it more of a subtle effect the seller has great communication and is a reliable person to deal with thank you again for the nice ring
