  item chalk as described new but not completely full of chalk in bag, chalk in bag was flatted like a pancake when delivered, bags should have come in small box to have full chalk in bag, appearance not so great came in clear plastic bag smashed, value less than expected, quality ok but still less chalk than expected, came sooner than noted as being delivered, but item came from another location, ended delivered on time, seriously disappointed in product, price ok,

  The book show it was delivered by UPS. I called my neighbor. He says it was not there. I was out of I contacted the seller Excellent communication, excellent seller he immediately refunded me my money .. I was so impressed that almost never happens to me. Usually, the seller doesn’t refund my money or it’s a house, but this seller is AAAA+++++++ seller Very honest communication outstanding would highly recommend buying from him again and everyone else

  typical UPS experience.. they (UPS) claim I had the wrong tracking number. the usual half hour cluster trying to get to talk to a human,,, the UPS robots being absolutely useless... The seller communicated quickly and refunded my payment... I am most appreciative of these folks communication, and reaction, but, as far as UPS, another typical ups/eprey cluster... I try to avoid sellers who "Don't ship to PO boxes" for just this reason. I can't address any of the attributes of the product .
