***Aviod this seller!!! Bad experience with this seller, communication was ok, monitor arrived damaged, contacted the seller for a solution many times, seller never reply. The monitor was advertised as 'Grade A', but it was damaged with cracked corner resulting in black pixels on the screen. item not as described. Beware if you do not want to wast time.

you were refunded. its not my fault is Royal mail break it in transit. you stil get your refund. just being rude here with you negative unfair review. i will appeal this to ebay

I got the item but not as described. I contacted the seller sending different messages on a different occasion but he never responded. In the description it says 500GB SSD but what I got was 500GB HDD. He never responded to my messages and it's a very sad and poor customer service.
