    Ordered a 5-pack of car trim removal tools, but seller sent the 4-pack with no explanation. Upon enquiring, I was told the 5-pack was out of stock, and I was encouraged to keep the 4-pack. Not very professional of the seller.

    1 Glove that arrived (of the 4 I ordered) was the wrong size. The lable was damaged and the packaging obviously not new. I communicated with the seller and sent the glove back on Nov 28th unsing 2nd class postage. The buyer is in constant denial that they have recieved the old glove despite admitting that they didn't have the right size in the first instance. I have tried to explain what the problem was (and sent pictures) but the sellers lack of understanding of what 2nd class post is
