  Product as description! Excellent and responsible customer service, they follow up parcel status closely, when they know parcel delayed or finally it lost, they will give me feasible offer accordingly! However, I think they need to consider change to other couier rather than EVRI, as so fast they have explained to me why/how they attempted the incorrect address and didn't contact me proactively, about the lost parcel after over a week.
