You do not get 100% refund you get a full refund minus return shipping fees no matter what reason you are returning the item for. So if you receive an item that was built wrong or damaged or defective or you just don't want it anymore you will have to pay return shipping fees. To me that is not 100% satisfaction guaranteed or you get 100% refund.
