    Unboxed the item. TV was smashed. On further inspection this was reboxed. The styrofoam had been broken and some was missing. The box had been retaped and the batteries to the remotes were missing. They offered me £100 refund and keep the TV which was absolutely no use to me whatsoever. They would have made a free £70 off me for nothing. I refused. The only positive was they then refunded my full amount.
