  Bird bath/feeders arrived in good condition as they were well packaged. Good value for a good quality item. They look lovely. Good seller that followed my request for 2 different colours. I wasn't happy with Yodel as my parcel was left outside my front door even though I left a note to put it in my safe place it was clearly ignored.   The item received was damaged so I initiated a return. The description mentioned universal but item didn't fit my standard hair dryer. The seller initially wanted to refund 30% & asked me to keep the item but it was of no use to me as it didn't fit so I asked for a 100 % refund and the seller agreed. Was disappointed with the item when I received it but the seller was kind enough to make good the disappointment. Great service by the seller.

The original one that was sent out got lost with yodel & the seller contacted me very fast to let me know & asked if I’d like another one or a refund & I asked for another to be sent out & they updated me the whole time with delivery info!
