  Fantastic service from start to finish. Communication was above and beyond the call of duty. Packaging well at one point I thought I might need the fire brigade ! It was packed very well with love and care for a fragile piece of audio. I thought the item was better than described for something which is 37 years old. The sellers photos were good as well. The item itself sounds amazing linked with a Nad 3020 amplifier. Many years of happy listening ahead. Trust this seller he is 100% genuine.

  Was looking for a serviced cassette deck to play old tapes. This item was ideal at a decent price. Seller was helpful, friendly and efficient and responded speedily to my queries before, during, and after the purchase. Item was received today in fantastic condition including original packaging and instruction manual from 1985.   Item was sent and received quickly. Was packaged incredibly well. The device Did have slight issue when it arrived however the seller was extremely quick to offer either a refund or repair. I opted for a repair and the seller sent a pre paid postage label. Received the repair item a 2 weeks later in excellent fully functional condition. 10/10 seller. Will definitely purchase from again :)

  I ve revised this feedback on the request of the seller. I m mindful that pieces were not included in the set and this was clearly shown on the description and I was aware that I was only purchasing the straighter. The set was delivered with care and packaged well. Some pieces were replaced but again this is stated on the seller s description. Overall this was a nostalgic set and I ve enjoyed building and modifying it; a great bargain from a great seller!

  Hi, our listing clearly states that there are a couple of colour substitutes which blend in well with the overall build. We also state if we have genuinely missed some parts then we will send replacements but we were not given a chance to do this. All our preloved used sets are hand-checked & mistakes do happen sometimes but we resolve them. Based on this I think the neutral feedback is unjustified.
