Imática nace en el año 2010 con el objetivo de dar soluciones a la demanda informática y gracias a su gran crecimiento, es en el año 2015 cuando se crea la Sociedad Limitada Imática Los Palacios. El objetivo de esta nueva compañía es dar todo tipo de soluciones a la demanda de repuestos de telefonía móvil, repuestos de portátiles y de consolas. En 2021 la compañía traslada su sede y amplía su equipo de trabajo y su visión de venta en su página web y los diferentes marketplaces.
