  Wrong item for basin waste sent,so was offered a partial refund which I accepted.Refund went in to Paypal and removed the same day,all I get from this supplier is refund has been sent!After many messages back and forth,still no refund...not a huge amount of money admittedly but very poor business practice.Would never ever use them again
