I ordered item C which shows red bows. The item I received has pink bows. I contacted the seller, sent images and asked for the order to be corrected or refunded. The seller insisted the item is correct despite the photos clearly showing otherwise. After much back and forth they offered a 12% refund. Poor service and incorrect item. Would not recommend.

Item wasn’t as expected - it looked brown from some angles instead of fully black and was a bit damaged, possibly due to the thin plastic bag it was delivered in. It also took a wee while to arrive but I had expected that. Seller was quick to respond to my return request and we eventually agreed on just a partial refund rather than a return which I was happy with given how inexpensive the item was.
