    I had ordered two bottles of the polish remover and waited and waited and wondered what happened.. after checking I found out that it said my item had been delivered in my mailbox but I never received it ...it must have been delivered to somebody else's mailbox. I contacted the vendor and they were very courteous and prompt and issued a full refund back to me!, I appreciate their actions, very much!. Thank you

However, communications could have been better as item was shipped from Amazon, which confused me when I received an Amazon package knowing that I hadn't ordered anything recently from Amazon. The package was consistent with what I bought on ebay so all good. Seller should let buyers know when their packages are coming from Amazon to reduce any confusion. Thanks! A+
