He told me his parcel arrived damaged & his postie apologized. (so it appears the item was mostly likely lost in the mail). I offered to refund the cost of the missing item form the £10.99 he paid for all 8 or a full refund on return. he wanted me to pay £5.99 for replacement. i did not retract anything i said was courteous & reasonable. cutting his nose off to spite his face he missed out on a bargain.
