This text was in the Seller’s item description : “Tested, GOOD WORKING CONDITION …”. However, it was not in good working condition and obviously had no been tested. The seatbelt supplied was not fully retracting or functioning as required. I called the Seller and they advised me that that it needed to be fully coated with silicone spray to lubricate the mechanism. I took my vehicle back to the mechanic and they treated the seatbelt and it worked however ultimately cost time +$111.00 in labour!!
