    I did not have a good experience with this purchase. The package arrived damaged with ink going everywhere and the courier said he was covered in it. I contacted the seller for a replacement but all they said was that I would have to take photos of the package and send them to them. On receipt they said that I may get a replacement. No guarantee of this so I just threw the package in the bin and it will probably be the first and last time I buy anything from this seller. I was NOT happy!!!

    arrive today so super fast delivery well packed and were in good condition when they got here. cant test them yet as i missed the delivery of the printer will have to wait till tomorrow looks like there will be no problem and quality seems to be there looking at the ink threw the cart they are a really nice price too

    Ordered 2 colour cartridges and only 1 arrived together with 1 black ink. Company took ages to respond and then told me they had no more colour cartridges in stock. How can a company fail to have more than 1 colour cartridge in stock ? Despite this they still continue to advertise colour cartridges (Strange hey ) More correspondence took place and more delays as they failed to answer. I eventually got half of my money back but then had to source more colour ink at short notice. Very poor !!!
