Only issue was that Royal Mail never left it safe and left it for my dog to enjoy after being asked to go to neigh. This was not the sellers fault. Excellent comms from seller. For obv reasons and proof sent I have requested a refund and advised seller to complain and get refund from Rotal Mail.
