  The item was posted by the seller but has not arrived. After a brief swap of messages with the seller, he has apologised for the lost item, provided a refund and said I can keep the item if it ever turns up (over 3 weeks later and still no sign of it!!) Great customer service though - can't fault them for that and would definitely recommend the seller in future

  Goods received today. Well Packaged arrived in good condition. It took a while for the package to get to me due to being sent by Royal Mail who seem to think it acceptable to delay parcels as and when they feel like it, delivery took just under 2 weeks. No issues with the seller Invicta Angling who dispatched my items as soon as they received my order. I would suggest maybe try a more reliable delivery service in the future as this seems to be happening a lot with Royal Mail.
