There’s a fair amount of competition on eBay so stating that if items ordered before 4pm are sent the same day via 1st class does actually make people buy from you vs someone offering 2nd class or dispatch in a day or two. In the description for this item it clearly states that items ordered before 4pm are sent the same day via 1st class post. What actually happened: Sent 2nd class the following day. Disappointing
