  Although the packaging was pretty beat up and already opened by the time it arrived, it was the part that I needed, was in great shape, and not able to be gotten from the dealer anymore as it is a discontinued part. Shipping was expensive for a part that weighs less than one half of an ounce. Part arrived as described, and is still a great value due to it being discontinued and hard to find from the Chevy dealer.

  All in all a great seller! If you look at the pics you’ll see an OE seat heating element. It’s for a 09 Cadillac and of course the part is discontinued. The part is in its original GM packing. The issue is someone in the parts chain used a stapler to attached tags to the package piercing the heater element. I contacted the seller and they were sorry, but hoped it worked because it was a discontinued part they couldn't replace or return for one that didn’t have damange. 18.00 for shipping 2 high.
