    I ordered 2 - 1 was brand new in box clearly never been used. 2nd one had clearly been used, wheels heavily scuffed and there was a crack on bottom, contacted seller who sent a replacement without any fuss. 3rd one looked to be in good condition although remove and ice blocks were missing. Seller did try to resolve issues quickly but overall service was disappointing ☹️
