We have checked on your order and the delivery date shown when ordering was displayed on eBay as being due on the 15-04-2024. We delivered the balcony on the 5th of April 2024 so the order was 10 days ahead of schedule. The listed delivery method states 5 day courier once the order is dispatched so this may be where the confusion layed. We have checked our messages and you are correct it took us a number of days to get back to you for which we can only apologise.
