As this was a food item I assumed the seller would not require it be returned. However although they admitted their error they have refused a refund unless it’s returned. I am not willing to do this as it would cost more than it’s worth. Be careful, waste of money! Yes we made an error in sending the incorrect item, which is very rare, but we asked for it to be returned to follow eBay's T&C. Not sure why you think it would cost you to send it back, it is free to do so! We pay for the return so there is no cost to yourself. To say the quality is poor, I believe you said this in haste and retaliation because you had to return it? Our feedback shows quality wise!
