    The item was the wrong size and was slightly damaged. I spoke to the seller who's communication was negative and mostly unhelpful and it was clear the seller knew they had sent out the wrong item and it was 2 days late. I have to send the item back to receive my refund as the nearest Evri shop is far from me and I suffer from acute arthritis it's definitely an inconvenience for me to send the problem item back. As the seller instantly offered a refund and not a replacement without asking why.
