  I ordered a right hand but received the left .I was offered a discount to to keep it even though it was the wrong hand .We agreed I’d get a full refund and dispose of the wrong item which I did .Despite the order being wrongly sent I received emails keeping me updated regarding my refund.I received my refund as agreed so despite the order being wrongly sent. The service I received was commendable they couldn’t do enough to rectify’ my situation which they admitted was their error ! Thank you 🙏

  Item was ordered from this supplier as the eBay listing showed item location as London. There were other suppliers I could have chosen but they were generally in China and I wanted the item promptly. After the arrival time slot passed I checked on tracking and contacted Yodel who informed it was being shipped internationally which defeated the reason I chose the supplier. I'm sure the item will be fine when it arrives as it is only a small ribbon cable but I feel that the eBay listing mislead
