3* purely for the fast delivery but the item is useless. They aren't as pictured, they have annoyingly large hammer shapes that are expected to fit through the shoelace holes so are very awkward and difficult to put in. Once in (after a very frustrating time) they are bulky inside the shoe making it very uncomfortable to wear. Wouldn't order again unless I know I was getting the item pictured as I've had those before and had no issues whatsoever with them. Very disappointed.
