  Model turned out to not be the item i was expecting but an imitation. My own fault for not reading the item description thoroughly enough, though specific mention that it wasn't an official model would have prevented this misunderstanding. Item arrived bubble-wrapped and suffered some minor impacts, totally expected from having been shipped from so far away. Excellent and well informed delivery and communication, emails with every milestone from dispatch to delivery. Good all around seller.

  Produit conforme. Livraison ultra rapide. Mais le vendeur n'a pas répondu à mes questions, objet arrivé en bon état mais dans une pochette plastique (heureusement avec beaucoup de plastique à bulles), objet indiqué comme le dernier dans l'annonce, et tout de suite après mon achat une nouvelle annonce identique pour un nouveau dernier!

Your question came on July 23rd, and your order was placed on July 27th, so it wasn’t prioritized at first — my apologies.   I have not received my order, since the local parcel Postnord did returen the package to the sender. However, the seller supported me by refunding my order. The communication with the seller was excellent. The seller also said that he will send a new package with my order to me, I hope that he will send and the package will arrive this time.

  First: This is JakeSpecial on eBay — if you have an issue with another seller, store or platform, contact them directly. Second: the proper way to handle this situation would have been to send me a message. Third: you failed to collect your parcel from the pickup point before the deadline. We still gave you a full refund. Leaving negative feedback before even contacting us is unfair and unreasonable. I am truly disappointed by this attitude. Jake

  Item arrived as shown in photo but squashed. My mistake as I thought it was a rigid case. Once unsquished it was as good as new. Minimal packaging is appreciated. Quite expensive but good value considering features and posting distance.
