  Overall the item was new, packaged nicely, and shipping was good. Only thing I would have liked better is more exact color of jacket as it’s stated as blue and the pictures show a blue but it came in a more light blue to where it can pass for baby blue color so not too big an issue for me since I just got some J’s baby blue to match but I can see this being an issue for other buyers. Still a recommended seller for me.

  Boots came and had indentations in the toe box area as well as some scratches on them. Contacted seller and offered to take them but I knew they needed some conditioning and shoe polish. Seller was set on price and basically said when she sent them they had no dents, which was false. I have “no need” to lie about the condition. I’m a straight up buyer and have 100% trusted feedback. Seller did offer a return, but said I had to pay which is false. I just avoided the headache and took them.

  The boots do not have any indentations - the pics in the listing reflect the coloring on the toe, as do the rest of the shoes of the same model. We provided multiple pics to show the buyer that is the condition of the item - they are leather shoes. At no point did we mention anything regarding the customer not being honest - we did however attempt to educate the customer. We offered a return (never spoke of return costs), and stuck to facts of education.
