    Arrived quickly and well packaged. Seller was correct when he listed as 'not the best quality', it is more a suede effect not velvet flock. Will be able to use it for something (mickey mouse ears on home made stickers for example) just not rhinestone templates. It was cheap and cheerful so I'm not sorry I purchased it, recommended seller.
