Top Ebayer!!! 2nd cheapest I found on ebay but had a 100% feedback score compared to the other seller, so went with Jamsieboy. Item had been damaged by rough handling by Royal Mail (the 3rd item this week I had to return, tut!) but seller dealt with the problem very swiftly, with no quibbles. The damaged item was collected from my door by Royal Mail and a replacement was sent by seller "super packaged" to survive even the clumsiest Royal Mail handlers. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks again!!

Brilliant start to finish. They acknowledged the order right away, on a Sunday, then got in touch to tell me they didn't have the one I'd ordered due to an error, did I want a refund or the model up... model up please.
