    Received this in its original box with no other packaging so a little concerned that if the box had been damaged the bed could have been damaged too. Not used the bed so can’t advise comfort etc now but communication from the seller is very fast regarding any queries, so very happy with the service.

    The plastic lid had a small amount of damage resulting from the courier transit process. I contacted the seller, whom kindly offered a very reasonable discount considering it was not really their fault in this circumstance, to save postage of the item back and all the hassle (and probably a negative review). I was impressed how quickly the matter was resolved to my satisfaction with no quibble. Great service. And partial refund made promptly too. I’d obviously have preferred no damage.
