I was unable to use it at first because it requested a SIM unlock code, but the seller was wonderful and immediately helped with the code (it just needed to be reentered).     Wrong item accidentally sent but communication was great, was offered a refund right away and to send the item back, but I decided that I was okay with getting the wrong item. Seller was apologetic for the mix up and was good to deal with. Delivery was on time and well packaged. No issues.
