  The item was packaged incorrectly so the sheet was not the size ordered. The seller was contacted and we sent the sheet back. The seller refunded only part of the cost,deducting the postage. We should have received a FULL refund. We have contacted the seller but no response so we have had to result in contacting ebay to resolve. We appreciate it wasn't the seller's fault that the wrong size was sent but their response to this has been dreadful.
