  Tried to contact numerous times now being ignored. Seller has sent me the wrong item, initially tried to tell me he doesn’t stock this item, sent an image of the seat/postage bag he sent. Was promised the right seat was sent out four days ago, have asked for a tracking number now i’m being ignored. Seller actively posting stories on instagram but cant be bothered to send the item i’ve paid for. Gave the benefit of the doubt at first but obviously not getting a response

  Hello, this was a genuine mistake the saddle you received must of got mixed up in our box of Nukeproof saddles. Full refund was sent & we let you keep the original seat to save you the hastle of returning. Apologies jay
