  Not only was the item late and missed the deadline of my son’s birthday, it ruined his cake as the alarm clock was meant to be the centrepiece, the seller also wasn’t listening to me when I told them it was late and I no longer needed it. I requested a refund and they chose to ignore it. I messaged them to resolve it and they chose to ignore me. EBay had to step in to refund me. Avoid this seller.
