    The product was correct, but when reaching out to the seller for help redirecting the package, I received no response and the product took 3 weeks to deliver. I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my wife 2 weeks before for our trip to Disney and it did not deliver until the day before we came back. With the cost of shipping I was charged, it should not have taken that long. I am very disappointed and I will not be using this seller again.

    Item was purchased on the 13th and sent out via fed ex on the 14th. Tracking number 61299998825475194582. Please look and see that it was sent out in a timely manner. You then asked me to change the delivery address after it was already sent which would not allow for ebay protection. Obviously there was an issue with fedex which is why it took so long. 100 percent not my fault as it was shipped the next day.

    This order was a gift, thankfully the price I offered was accepted. The item was new and authenticated before arriving to me. I didn't open it just handed it to my uncle. It must have been what he wanted, cause he did send many thanks. Will definitely be looking to see what they have again when my uncle makes another request as they do have bigger sizes.
