NEGATIVE!...Purchased item based off description and pictures..item arrived with badly damaged/cracking headset cord..picts were taken not to show this damage in listing and nothing in description about damage..we asked seller for partial refund so we could find another headset and they said just do return...we again asked if they could do a partial refund for reason above and they never responded back..VERY DECEIVING PICTURE OF HEADSET IN POSTING
