    When buying something you have never done before it can be quite traumatic and a Solid Oak handrail fell into that category. However the experience was far from traumatic, Karen & Andrew answered all my questions and arranged for delivery w/c 28th July. It arrived on the 29th extremely well packed and it was just like the website photo. I went for a lacquered finish and 3.6 metres in length. The cost for Solid Oak, lacquered and delivery was much cheaper than anyone else. Highly recommended.
