  I bought a pink Ledger Nano X from this seller. In the listing, the seller stated that the item is new. According to eBay rules, a new item must come in a sealed box — not an opened box, and without any signs of use. But I received the item in an open box. The box itself is dirty and dented.   i paid 110 from bestbuy for this I have the receipt so when I bought it it had the spyder wrap on it no plastic you can return it I have no problem in doing that
