    I ordered 6 bottles of marinade which comes in glass bottles. Upon arrival one was broken and the rest were soaked. I reached out to the seller 10 days ago to inform them of this, that I think the packaging was inadequate for glass bottles, that I had pictures if needed, and that IMO he owed me one bottle (washed the other and they appear usable). Bottles break, my main complaint is I received absolutely no response from the seller which is very rude and utterly inadequate customer service.

    Haven't had these for awhile so I placed the order however when the package arrived, one glass bottle had broken during the shipping process. When I contacted the seller, he quickly credited my account for the one broken bottle. I'm very happy with this purchase and with this seller.

    Not only did I wait an excessive amount of time for the item and pay an exorbitant price, but the seller sent me the wrong item. I ordered the Organic Dolmas as pictured and received non-organic dolmas of a different brand. I realize errors happen, but anyone looking at the 2 items side by side would realize they are 2 different items. The packaging is not at all similar. I have spent entirely too much time on this. I am now requesting a refund.
