  Item was poorly packed, damaged and failed to work. Contact with the seller resulted in a request for photos before they considered replacement. How does a photograph prove a clock mechanism is not working. This is the third time I have been scammed by a Chinese company purporting to be a U K company. On all three occasions unreasonable demands were made and the complaint was never resolved. One item left me £40 out of pocket. Even an attempt to resolve through Ebay was a waste of time.
